Host: This story centers on a terminal cancer patient from Hong Kong, who documented her life experiences through writing. Thanks to professional medical treatment, she made a full recovery. Afterwards, she presented a commemorative plaque, praising China's remarkable achievements in focused ultrasound cancer therapy, and paying tribute to all medical workers for their noble spirit.

001朱先生：“小夥子,出差啊。”
Mr. Zhu: "Heading out on a business trip, young man?"
002王先生：“大叔，您這一眼，就能看出來？”
Mr. Wang: "You could tell just by looking, uncle?"
003詹女士：“靚仔，你好。”
Ms. Chim: "Hello there, gentleman."
004王先生：“阿姨，您好。”
Mr. Wang: "Hello, auntie."
005朱先生：“你著裝正式，獨自出行。要是旅遊，也該有家人陪伴吧！”
Mr. Zhu: "You’re dressed formally and traveling alone. If you were sightseeing, you’d probably have your family with you."
006王先生：您真有經驗，我是去廣州見客戶。
Mr. Wang: "You’ve got a sharp eye. I’m off to Guangzhou to meet clients."
007朱先生：我們是返廣州。
Mr. Zhu: "We’re heading back to Guangzhou."
008王先生：真是有緣！您二位來重慶是旅遊，還是商務？
Mr. Wang: "What a coincidence! Did you two come to Chongqing for travel or business?"
009詹女士：都不是，我是來重慶醫院覆診的。
Ms. Chim: "Neither. I came here for a follow-up check-up at the hospital."
010王先生：覆診？您不在廣州就醫，怎麼跑到重慶醫院來？
Mr. Wang: "A follow-up check-up? Why travel all the way to Chongqing instead of getting treated in Guangzhou?"
011詹女士：（微笑）我是香港人。在香港就醫，幾乎不花錢;但我寧願花上時間和開銷，也要千里迢迢專程來重慶治療。
Ms. Chim: (smiling) "I’m from Hong Kong. Medical care there costs almost nothing. Still, I’m willing to spend the time and money to travel thousands of miles and receive treatment right here in Chongqing."
012王先生：不好意思，冒昧問一下，您是哪裡不舒服，非要來重慶嗎？
Mr. Wang: Excuse me for asking, but what health issues are you having that made you travel all the way to Chongqing?
013詹女士：我患的是乳腺癌，晚期。
Ms. Chim: I was diagnosed with advanced breast cancer.
014王先生：（表情震驚，壓低聲音）晚期？很嚴重啊，阿姨。可是，您看不出來是有癌症的！ 瞧您的氣色，聽您的聲音，尤其是您的精氣神兒，誰相信您是個有癌症的病人！
Mr. Wang: (Looking shocked and lowering his voice) Advanced stage? That's really serious, Auntie. You’d never say that you had cancer though! Your complexion, your voice, and especially your energy — no one would believe you’re a cancer patient.
015詹女士：（骄傲笑）是啊！托海扶刀的福，我半年前就在重慶治好啦！全程無創治療，不用開刀、不見流血，乳腺癌症病灶全部消融。現在說出來，有時連我自己都覺得不可思議！
Ms. Chim: (Smiling proudly) That’s right! Thanks to Haifu, I was fully cured here in Chongqing half a year ago. It’s a completely non-invasive treatment. No surgery, no bleeding, and all the cancerous lesions in my breast were eliminated. Even now, I still find it hard to believe in myself.
016朱先生：這是一門創新高科技，叫做海扶刀。
Mr. Zhu: This is an innovative high-tech medical device called Haifu.
017-1王先生：（一拍腦門，恍然大悟）海扶刀？我記起來了！前些日子，我兒子在寫作業，他突然問我：（模仿孩子）爸爸，你知道中國的第五大發明是什麼嗎？
Mr. Wang: (Slapping his forehead, suddenly realizing) Haifu? Now I remember! A while ago, my son was doing his homework and suddenly asked me, (imitating a child’s voice) "Dad, do you know what China’s fifth great invention is?"
017-2王先生：我馬上糾正他，是四大發明：指南針、造紙術、火藥、印刷術。這是考試標準答案，寫錯了要扣分的！
Mr. Wang: I corrected him right away: "There are only Four Great Inventions: the compass, papermaking, gunpowder and printing. That’s the standard answer for exams. You’ll lose marks if you write it wrong."
017-3王先生：可孩子偏偏不服氣：（模仿孩子）我們現在都說海扶刀！你怎麼不知道呀！
Mr. Wang: But my son insisted, (imitating a child’s voice) "Everyone says that Haifu is now. How come you don’t know?"
017-4王先生：我老婆在旁邊（模仿女人）說：別跟你爸瞎扯了，快寫觀後感吧。明天還要交作業了！
Mr. Wang: My wife chimed in beside us, (imitating a woman’s voice) "Stop pestering your dad and finish your reflection essay. You have to hand it in tomorrow."
017-5王先生：我當時連忙說：你可不能讓孩子玩什麼刀噠，挺危險的！
Mr. Wang: I quickly said back then, "Don’t let the boy mess around with anything called a 'knife' — it’s dangerous!"
017-6王先生：可老婆確說（模仿女人）：你還是好好研究你的長城吧！
Mr. Wang: My wife replied, (imitating a woman’s voice) "You’d better stick to studying your Great Wall instead."
18朱先生：可以啊，王先生，你原來是從事文物保護的！
Mr. Zhu: Oh, Mr. Wang, so you work in cultural relics preservation?
19王先生：大叔您別開玩笑啦。我只是在桌子上研究研究長城。朋友之間在一起消遣一下，打打麻將啦。
Mr. Wang: Don’t tease me, Uncle. It’s nothing like that. I just "study the Great Wall" at the table. It’s just mahjong, a way to relax with friends.
20朱先生：（理解地點頭）明白明白。常年出差挺辛苦的，總得要放鬆放鬆的。
Mr. Zhu: (Nodding in understanding) I get it. Travelling for work all year round is tough, everyone needs a way to unwind.
21王先生：（感動地）大叔，您太懂我。說真的，那天晚上我上網查了半天，還是沒太搞懂 —為什麼大家都把海扶刀叫作中國的第五大發明？
Mr. Wang: (Moved) You really understand me, Uncle. Honestly, I spent ages looking it up online that night, but I still don’t quite get it. Why do people call the Haifu China’s Great Invention?
22朱先生：（坐直身子，認真地）我們親身經歷過，多少瞭解一些海扶刀。說它是中國的第五大發明，這可不是我們自己吹的，它是國外專家給咱們中國高科技的點贊！
Mr. Zhu: (sits up straight, speaking earnestly) We’ve experienced it firsthand, so we know something about it. Calling it "China’s Great Invention" is no empty boast. It’s high praise from foreign experts for China’s cutting-edge technology.
23朱先生：他們認為：海扶刀為癌症治療開闢了一條新路，徹底改變了人類治療腫瘤方式，所以稱它為中國的第五大發明！
Mr. Zhu: They believe that Haifu has blazed a brand-new trail for cancer treatment and completely revolutionized the way tumors are treated. That’s why it earns the title of China’s Great Invention.
24王先生：是中國人發明的？
Mr. Wang: So it was invented by Chinese?
25朱先生：沒錯！完全自主知識產權！發明人還是重慶人，也姓王--他是重慶醫科大學的王智彪教授！
Mr. Zhu: Exactly! It holds fully independent intellectual property rights. Its inventor is also from Chongqing, and he shares your surname — Professor Wang Zhibiao from Chongqing Medical University.
26王先生：（激動地）那可太厲害了！是我們王家的驕傲！光宗耀祖啊！我現在都感覺熱血沸騰了！
Mr. Wang: (excited) That’s absolutely amazing! What a pride for our Wang family! It’s a real honor to the ancestors! I’m totally fired up right now!
27詹女士：（笑）你這自豪感夠足的！
Ms. Chim (chuckling) You’re brimming with pride!
28王先生：那可不，是中國原創、世界領先的高科技嘛，能不激動嘛！
Mr. Wang: Of course I am! It’s an original Chinese technology that leads the world. How could I not be thrilled?
29-1朱先生：海扶刀技術在學術上稱為：高強度聚焦超聲消融術。
Mr. Zhu: Academically, this technology is known as High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound Ablation.
29-2朱先生：簡單地說，就是把體外低能量的超聲波，像用放大鏡聚焦太陽光那樣，精准聚焦到體內病灶上，焦點只有細胞大小，像一把無形的刀，其溫度瞬間能達到六七十攝氏度，可以直接把腫瘤細胞“燒死”，消融掉。
Mr. Zhu: Simply put, low-intensity external ultrasound waves are precisely focused on internal lesions, much like using a magnifying glass to concentrate on sunlight. The focal point is no larger than a single cell. Acting as an invisible scalpel, it instantly raises the temperature to 60 to 70 degrees Celsius, burning and ablating tumor cells directly.
29-3朱先生：朱先生：超聲波能穿透人體，隔著皮肉就能把體內的病灶治好，所以無刀痕、保器官、恢復快，即安全又人道！
Mr. Zhu: Ultrasound can penetrate the human body and treat internal lesions through skin and muscle. This treatment leaves no surgical scars, preserves organs and enables quick recovery. It is both safe and humane.
30王先生：（由衷感歎）這麼神奇啊！還能無創治癌，真是太好了！現在人們一聽到 “癌症” 兩個字，特別絕望。有了這種技術，就不會談癌色變了！
Mr. Wang: (sighs with sincere admiration) How incredible! Non-invasive cancer treatment is truly a blessing. Nowadays, people feel utterly desperate at the mere mention of "cancer". With this technology, people will no longer panic at the word cancer.
31詹女士：很多癌症患者都忌諱談論病情，就像不願揭開心裡的傷疤。查出患病的時候，不管是病人還是家人，個個心裡發慌，茫然得不知如何是好。
Ms. Chim: Many cancer patients avoid talking about their illness, as if reluctant to reopen old emotional wounds. Once diagnosed, both patients and their families are thrown into panic, feeling lost and helpless.
32朱先生：（語氣沉重，緩緩開口）這份心情，我們深有體會。當時得知太太是癌症晚期時，我整個人瞬間崩潰了，腦子一片空白，只剩下驚慌、迷茫，手足無措。完全沒了主意。
Mr. Zhu: (speaks slowly in a somber tone) We know exactly how that feels. When I learned my wife was in the late stage of cancer, I fell apart completely. My mind went blank, overwhelmed by panic and confusion, not knowing what to do at all.
33王先生：（輕聲感慨）換作誰聽到這個消息都會慌神的。那後來呢？
Mr. Wang: (murmurs with sympathy) Anyone would be stunned by such news. What happened next?
34詹女士：半年時間，我做了16次化療和8次免疫治療，頭髮全部脫落，臉腫得厲害，渾身骨痛難忍。整日沒有食欲，什麼都不想吃。感覺活著一點意思都沒有。我真的不想再拖累老公了，常常想一了百了。
Ms. Chim: Over half a year, I received 16 sessions of chemotherapy and 8 rounds of immunotherapy. I lost all my hair, my face swelled badly, and I suffered from severe bone pain all over my body. I had no appetite day in and day out. Life felt meaningless. I didn’t want to be a burden to my husband and often thought of ending everything.
35朱先生：那時候，我們每週至少要跑五趟醫院。抽血化驗、醫生確定治療方案、輸液化療、打針提升白細胞，日復一日循環往復，簡直就像天天去醫院上班。
Mr. Zhu: Back then, we had to go to the hospital at least five times a week. Blood tests, treatment plans, chemo infusions, injections to boost white blood cells were the same routine day after day, just like going to work at the hospital.
36王先生：（震驚）那段日子有多難熬，可想而知。
Mr. Wang: (looking shocked) I can only imagine how tough those days were.
37朱先生：化療藥物本身就損傷身體，再加上頻繁抽血，更讓患者身體吃不消。我太太年紀大了，造血能力本就不如年輕人，一次又一次的抽血，她的身體越發虛弱。
Mr. Zhu: Chemotherapy drugs take a heavy toll on the body, and frequent blood tests made it even harder to bear. My wife is elderly, and her hematopoietic function is weaker than younger people. Repeated blood draws left her increasingly frail.
38詹女士：現在我常把自己用海扶刀治療癌症的經歷分享給大家，給其他患者多一個治療選擇。希望能幫他們驅散恐懼、重拾健康，走出低谷，擁抱新的生活。
Ms. Chim: Now I share my experience of being treated with Haifu with others, to give patients an alternative treatment option. I hope to help them cast fear, regain health, pull through hard times and embrace a new life.

Mr. Zhu: Think about our ancestors’ Four Great Inventions. The compass evolved into modern navigation; gunpowder gave rise to aerospace and military technologies; papermaking and printing laid the foundation for today’s publishing and online communication. Each invention has greatly advanced human civilization.
43-2朱先生：海扶刀同樣如此，無創治癌、不受地域限制，挽救無數患者，更是幫助無數家庭擺脫苦難。這不就是一項提升人類生活品質的偉大發明嗎？
Mr. Zhu: The same goes for Haifu. It delivers non-invasive cancer treatment free from geographical limits, saving countless patients and relieving numerous families from suffering. Isn’t it a remarkable invention that improves people’s quality of life across the globe?

Mr. Wang: (nods repeatedly, full of admiration) You’re absolutely right! I’d heard my kid talk about it before but never really understood. I’ve learned so much today. I’ll definitely go to learn more about Haifu in person. It’s a real pride of Chongqing people.
45朱先生：（面露自豪）這是所有中華兒女的驕傲。
Mr. Zhu: (beaming with pride) It’s the pride of all Chinese people.
